The room, though clean and comfortable, raised an eyebrow with a stray hair in the shower, slightly diminishing the otherwise high standards of cleanliness.The value truly shone with the efficient and friendly service. The staff, notably Cathy, displayed extraordinary initiative in chasing down my lost phone, ensuring its return promptly. The hotel's amenities, including Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV, provided modern comforts. However, the somewhat limited buffet breakfast could benefit from a wider variety to elevate the experience. The presence of soundproofed rooms added to the peaceful ambiance, allowing for a restful stay.In summary, Ibis offers a decent balance of value and luxury, suiting those seeking practicality in a prime location without compromising on comfort.
